This policy aims to define the rules and expectations regarding behavior and conduct for both clients and massage therapists to ensure a professional and safe environment for all parties
Appointment Booking
Advance Reservation Appointments must be booked in advance, preferably by phone, email, or online.Confirmation: A confirmation of the appointment will be sent via email or text message 24 hours before the session.Cancellation and Modifications Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.
Pricing
Pricing Session prices are listed on our website and are subject to applicable taxes.Payment Methods Payment is due before or after each session. We accept payments in cash, by credit card, or via electronic transfer.Tips Tips are optional but always appreciated. It can be given in cash or by credit card.
Client Conduct and Behavior
Respect and Professionalism Clients are expected to adhere to professional conduct standards and to treat the massage therapist with respect.Appropriate Behavior Any inappropriate behavior, including inappropriate comments or actions, will result in immediate cancellation of the session without a refund.Clothing and Hygiene Clients should be appropriately dressed for the massage session. The massage therapist will provide instructions on how to undress and will ensure the client's privacy and comfort.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Personal Data All personal information collected during registration (such as medical information) is strictly confidential and will never be shared without the client’s consent, except as required by law.Protection of Medical Information Any information regarding the client’s health, including medical history and allergies, must be disclosed to the massage therapist before each session to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.
Contraindications and Medical Conditions
Consult a Doctor If you suffer from serious illnesses, injuries, chronic pain, or other medical conditions, it is strongly recommended to consult a doctor before receiving a massage.Health Condition Disclosure The client is responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy that may affect the treatment.*Following the opening of your file and the evaluation of your health status, the massage therapist reserves the right to discontinue the treatment if any contraindications are identified (e.g., medical conditions, injuries, etc.). This measure is taken to ensure your safety and to prevent any complications. You will be informed immediately if a decision is made to interrupt the treatment.
Safety and Hygiene
Hygiene We maintain high standards of hygiene in our facilities. Sheets and equipment are thoroughly cleaned after each use.Client Safety The massage therapist is trained to ensure the physical and emotional safety of the client during the session.
Refund Policy
No Refunds Once the massage session has been completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason.Cancellation Before the Session If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the reservation, the client will be charged 50% of the total amount. However, if the session is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, no charge will apply.
Liability
Limitation of Liability Massage therapy is a wellness and relaxation service. We do not provide medical treatments. It is the client’s responsibility to consult a healthcare professional for any medical conditions.Accidents and Injuries While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents occurring before, during, or after the session, unless due to our negligence.
