At Espace Hygie, we make membership easy! To become a member, all you have to do is buy a basic membership which includes fitness and access to the Biocircuit. You then add the extra areas you want. This membership is payable on a monthly basis.

Would you like to take advantage of our two facilities? No problem. Simply purchase the Sporthèque & Hygie membership to gain access to all areas of the Sporthèque as well as the basic Hygie membership, which includes fitness and the Biocircuit.

Hygie, we focus on your needs. Benefit from a private session adapted and based
on your goals with a workout plan developed by your trainer or kinesiologist. All sessions are nonrefundable.

- The first session is used to gather information in order to develop an overall program tailored to your goals.
- The next session is used to hand over the program and demonstrate it to you.
