At Espace Hygie, we make membership easy! To become a member, all you have to do is buy a basic membership which includes fitness and access to the Biocircuit. You then add the extra areas you want. This membership is payable on a monthly basis.

on your goals with a workout plan developed by your trainer or kinesiologist. All sessions are nonrefundable.
