Appointment Booking
Appointments must be booked in advance, preferably by phone, email, or online.
Contraindications and Medical Conditions
If you suffer from serious illnesses, injuries, chronic pain, or other medical conditions, it is strongly recommended to consult a doctor before receiving a massage.
The client is responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy that may affect the treatment.
Pricing
Session prices are listed on our website and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment is due before or after each session. We accept payments in cash, by credit card, or via electronic transfer.
Tips are optional but always appreciated. It can be given in cash or by credit card.
Safety and Hygiene
We maintain high standards of hygiene in our facilities. Sheets and equipment are thoroughly cleaned after each use.
The massage therapist is trained to ensure the physical and emotional safety of the client during the session.
Refund Policy
Once the massage session has been completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason.
If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the reservation, the client will be charged 50% of the total amount. However, if the session is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, no charge will apply.
Client Conduct and Behavior
Clients are expected to adhere to professional conduct standards and to treat the massage therapist with respect.
Any inappropriate behavior, including inappropriate comments or actions, will result in immediate cancellation of the session without a refund.
Clients should be appropriately dressed for the massage session. The massage therapist will provide instructions on how to undress and will ensure the client's privacy and comfort.
Liability
Massage therapy is a wellness and relaxation service. We do not provide medical treatments. It is the client’s responsibility to consult a healthcare professional for any medical conditions.
While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents occurring before, during, or after the session, unless due to our negligence.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal information collected during registration (such as medical information) is strictly confidential and will never be shared without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
Any information regarding the client’s health, including medical history and allergies, must be disclosed to the massage therapist before each session to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.
