Experiences available

In a relaxed and liberating atmosphere, aerial yoga is practiced in a suspended hammock and offers a gradual exploration of movement. Combining strength with physical and mental endurance, this practice will guide you through a variety of poses, guided stretches, and fluid sequences inspired by yoga and Pilates. Classes incorporate mobility, strengthening, body awareness, and breathing work, while also including inversions and moments of relaxation. Accessible and adaptable, the program helps develop flexibility, muscle tone, and balance, depending on the focus of each class.
