Specially designed and tailored for aging clients, the classes offered in Espace Hygie's multipurpose room consider your need to maintain functional and cognitive autonomy. This community will promote dialogue and sharing in the sporting world, help members form a sense of belonging, and motivate everyone to achieve their respective goals. Programming for members aged 60+ also has classes to improve various human body systems, such as steady state cardio, resistance training, cardio intervals, and more.
