Located in the Hull sector five minutes from downtown Ottawa, Espace Hygie is the biggest table (Reformer) Pilates club in Outaouais with types of training never before seen in the province (Biocircuit, Skill Athletic, etc.). Our large aerial yoga zone is a great place to become more fully mindful and gain better control of your body in space.
